Americas ProServe Operations is looking for a leader with strong consulting and operations experience for our rapidly growing Professional Services business. Based in Seattle, Chicago, or Herndon, you will partner with leadership across the Americas to scope and deliver growth initiatives end-to-end, requiring collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving schedules from design to release, and most importantly, operationalizing these growth initiatives in the field community. You will be expected to make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market
· 5+ years in a hi-tech Professional Services Organization in a PMO and/or in consulting operational roles driving strategy and operations · Track record for managing complex projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources · Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects · Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and the ability to generate and communicate meaningful metrics · Strong analytics, financial, and collaboration skills. · Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
