Amazon Employee Services is looking for a Sr. Business Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the organization is raising the bar on the employee experience, knows how to drive operational excellence, and has a good foundation in defect reduction, process simplification, analytics, and managing variable costs. Success in this role will involve driving cross functional management and facilitating cross leader dependencies and sharing vision/goals/initiatives to structure team’s thinking and enable alignment. Success will also entail supporting strategy development and operational planning against the vision for the organization, identifying and deploying mechanisms to establish a rhythm of the business, leading executive reporting on goals
· Bachelor's degree · Outstanding analytical, writing, and organizational skills and experience · Professional skills in planning, data analysis, reporting and communications · 4+ years in program/project/business management and operations · MBA or advanced education or training in business operations, program management or related area of study · Ability to build effective working relationship with all levels of management · Great versatility to work across all aspects of the HR business · Amazon Operations or Line of Business experience · Delivering results amidst resource constraints and ambiguity
