· 5+ years of demonstrated business management. · Experience in running cross functional projects and programs. · Experience launching major new businesses or operations. · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · Experience and working with global teams and diverse partners is a big plus. · Experience in retail real estate, operations, package delivery.
