· 5+ years of cloud, technical or digital business development/sales development experience. · Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills. · Experience with sales enablement activities. · An understanding of key contact center concepts and technologies· Business background to drive an engagement and interact at the executive level. · Technical background to work with both our engineering teams and customers building solutions with AWS tools. · Ability to prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. · Experience in working with customers (particularly enterprise customers)
