Consumer Electronics strives to offer products through Amazon.com that provide customers with seamless access to Amazon services such as Alexa, Prime Video, and FireTV. With key stakeholders in achieving this objective spanning multiple organizations across Retail, Devices, and Prime Video, we are looking for a Principal Business Development Manager to serve as the single threaded leader in driving partnerships across these teams as well as with 3rd party manufacturers who incorporate these services into their products. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment – operating at all levels of the organization to create systems, processes, and reporting that influences cross Amazon strategies and executive level decisions. The ideal candidate will use a combination of outstanding business judgment, a passion for technology and how customers engage with Amazon’s services, the ability to work cross-functionally, and traditional program

· 7+ years' relevant experience managing and leading cross-functional projects · Proven track record of success · Strong oral and written communication skills · Ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently · Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment · Experience managing multiple competing priorities and engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders · Masters of Business Administration (MBA) · Experience presenting to senior management · Outstanding interpersonal skills - decisive, action-oriented, and able to influence others
