We are looking for an analytical, results-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused Senior Business Analyst (Sr. BA) to join the Kindle Reading Engagement Analytics and Data Science team. This person will lead our A/B testing, gather insights and produce recommendations, create dashboards and visualization to product management and Kindle executives to maximize readers’ engagement. In discovering actionable insights, this person will use data to influence and drive product decisions.
· Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Data engineering, business intelligence or business analytics · 5+ years professional experience working in SQL · Proven experience in A/B and multivariate testing · Clear, effective and persuasive Communication skills · Report Building and/or Visualization experience (e.g. Tableau) · Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams · High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information · Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects ·
