In addition to supporting other members of the team and their clients, the attorney hired for this position will have primary responsibility for providing best in class support within the following discrete areas: Providing advice on legal and policy matters related to the creation and sales of search advertising experiences, including content moderation, intellectual property, and privacy. Partnering with advertising sales clients and "first chair" drafting and negotiating transactional documents, including agreements relating to the sale, distribution, licensing or marketing of services or content
Successful candidates must have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and at least 7 years of experience as a practicing commercial/business attorney or equivalent experience. They must have significant experience drafting and negotiating a broad variety of transactional agreements. Experience with online privacy, security and consumer protection regulatory and policy issues is a plus.
