· PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Applied Math or a related quantitative field · Proficiency in model development, model validation and model implementation with Big-Data. · Experience building systems that utilize large data sets in order to quantify business performance via metrics or KPIs. · Proficiency in developing statistics and machine learning models using Python. · Experience with Apache Spark, Pandas, scikit-learn, numpy etc. · 5+ years of hands-on experience in applying theoretical models in an applied environment · At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling
