Provide deliverables in alignment with rigorous monthly security update release and communications cycles. Establish and maintain strong customer partnering to ensure update testing is effective and consistent. Have a customer centric mindset and sense of urgency when working customers. Identify and escalate critical bugs and deployment blockers. Communicate on issues at multiple levels including customer, executive, and engineering. 5+ years of related experience in the security field, or a role with strong security components that may include account management, incident response, information security, privacy, network security, forensics, anti-malware, consulting, technical sales, compliance, communications, or public relations. 2+ years of exposure or experience with general software security fundamentals, trends, issues 2+ years of exposure to, or direct involvement in a highly operation and time-sensitive business matters.
