343 Industries is looking for an experienced Sandbox Design Lead to lead and join our Halo team. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Design Manager, you will work with the other team and discipline leads to define the product design vision and execute on that vision with excellence. You will help the overall direction and growth of the organization and champion the value of design among the senior leadership team. Requirements: 8+ years working in a design capacity with at least 3 shipped AAA titles in a Design Director or Lead Designer role. Experience leading a design team through all phases of development from concept to ship--successful experience with IP creation and/or existing IP with 3m + sales. Proven track record for delivering both quality and innovation. Strong ability to pitch ideas, strategic initiatives, and game concepts to all levels of management and leadership.
