AWS’s Business Technology and Solutions (BTS) team is seeking a results-driven, customer focused and detail-oriented Project Manager. The BTS team provides the underlying infrastructure (systems, tools, processes) to support the rapidly growing world-wide AWS Sales organization. This includes finding inventive ways to scale the business, which will be critical for AWS to continue its incredible growth. The role will be responsible for working with the leadership team in driving business operations, managing rhythm of the business, long range planning, organizational initiatives, and business process to meet strategic objectives and priorities. To succeed in this role, you must have a blend of strategy, planning, business management, communications, and program management skills. Specific responsibilities

· 5+ years of experience in operations and/or Program Management · Experience partnering effectively with geographically dispersed or ad-hoc teams · Experience developing presentations and whitepapers and influencing and working with peers, stakeholders, customers, suppliers and partners · Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; proven ability to get results across multiple groups and disciplines · Experience in developing and writing white papers and presenting in executive level meetings · Strong Bias for Action · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Bachelor's degree·
