The Worldwide Sales Operations and Planning team supports the AWS Commercial Sales Operations team globally in creating efficiencies, strategic planning, process improvement, and increasing sales effectiveness. As a member of this team, you will leverage program management knowledge to partner with a global team, utilize your strong data extraction skills to provide solutions, create and simplify processes for operational effectiveness, build mechanisms that improve leadership decision-making, and manage global initiatives. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies. Successful members

5+ years of sales operations/support, sales strategy and deployment models, project/program management, or finance. 2+ years of experience in large project management Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL (Data query tools including BI applications). Experience using ERP/CRM/Commission software, and various data warehouse systems. Advanced problem-solving skills for difficult and complex issues. Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment. Experience communicating results to senior business
