We are a business development organization; we drive growth for over $390MM through seller recruitment and product adoption. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers’ businesses. The successful Sales Manager is an effective listener, communicator, problem-solver and people leader. He or she constantly balances the needs and requirements of both Amazon.com and strategic sellers, and is comfortable engaging some of Amazon’s most important partners and sellers, as well as internal cross-functional

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent · 5+ years professional experience · Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions · Demonstrated ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects-prioritization and strategic planning · Experience managing small teams and driving successful results PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · MBA · Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce,
