Key Responsibilities include: Cleary document and communicate Bing's place in the One Microsoft vision for audience engagement, engaging leaders from Sales, Search Business Team, Engineering, the MSA LT and broader Microsoft stakeholders as needed Develop an audience model vision that includes long-term design and execution plans that enable MSA to reach multi-year business goals Effectively balance innovation, business need, client need and revenue/product adoption targets in strategy development and clearly articulate and document expected trade-offs as needed Maintain deep understanding of current
Strong communication skills in all areas of the business – from Senior Leadership through all field – with high attention to clear and concise delivery Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and ability to work effectively under pressure. Ability to function effectively in a highly-matrixed work environment with strong cross-functional team collaboration skills.
