Global Business Operations (GBO) is a diverse team that supports infrastructure and other foundational initiatives that span and support Sales, Marketing and Support teams within AWS. Within GBO, the Operations Business Partner team is seeking a dynamic, efficient, and organized analyst to support our customers in sales operations, sales, and GBO. This role will be responsible for efficiently managing various ticket queues and educating local sales and operations teams regarding revenue, incentive compensation, and sales territory segmentation. Further, this role will involve partnering with local program teams to be the voice of our internal customers,

· Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or a related field · Intermediate Excel knowledge including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS functions · 1+ years of professional experience· 1+ years of relevant experience in either customer service, sales operations, or incentive compensation · Experience with SalesForce · Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization · Strong verbal/written communication skills · Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills · Strong attention to detail Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
