Amazon has a diverse set of global businesses, and each business has some level of compliance requirements across multiple areas, including Payments, Trade, Human Resources, Tax, Social Responsibility, and others. Enterprise ­­Risk Management and Compliance (ERMC) works with various businesses to identify regulatory requirements and establish effective processes, controls and monitoring procedures to understand current status of compliance and identify gaps. This team may also assist in risk ranking and mitigation of gaps identified throughout the organization. The ERMC Training team is responsible for ensuring that investigators and Sanctions Risk Specialists are trained to the highest possible standards, with a primary focus on Denied Party and Sanctions screening investigations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training programs in order to ensure that ERMC meets its responsibility for executing a

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Law, Teaching, Instructional Design or similar preferred) · Fluent in English · Working knowledge of Compliance · Expertise developing, planning, implementing and assessing training, including developing training materials, job aids and online tutorials · Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills · Exceptional coordination and organizational skills · Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter · Knowledge of adult learning and training practices · Demonstrated experience in a training role · Competent
