Under the purview of Global Security Operations (GSO), the mission of Global Risk Management (GRM) is to provide internal customers a best in class risk mitigation program focused on the ability to anticipate, identify, and prioritize risk impacting WW Operations and Customer Service. As a Support Engineer you will build and maintain Global Risk and Continuity solutions, including design and implementation of requirements, modeling metadata, building reports and platform administration. Successful candidates are natural self-starters who possess the ability to design, develop and deploy innovative solutions to address operational challenges while driving these solutions to completion. This role requires both independent contribution as well as the ability to interface and work within multi-disciplinary teams. Ability to identify and resolve issues independently in a rapidly changing environment; taking initiative in ambiguous circumstances. This is a nonexempt, Seattle based role and relocation
· Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering). · Relevant experience in one of the following areas: data science, data engineering, business intelligence or business analytics. · Track record for being detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion. · Ability to effectively articulate and present technical challenges and solutions, strong problem solving abilities · Experience in writing SQL, data modeling, data mining
