Amazon Physical Stores Recruiting is hiring a Retail Recruiter to leverage their business acumen and influencing skills to provide consulting and guidance to hiring managers within the Physical Stores business. This individual is well versed in the recruiting life cycle, candidate generation, and candidate closing. The Retail Recruiter will work with their peer recruiters to create and drive strategies for candidate attraction and closing. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to their customers. The ideal candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a specified timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize SLAs.
