We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to join the worldwide Product Compliance team based in our headquarters in Seattle, WA supporting the Restricted Products program which ensures the safety and compliance of the Amazon websites. You will lead the operations for Restricted Products and support in the operational workflow of the program by interfacing with teams around the world and driving alignment on best practices. This position will work in close cooperation with Legal and technology teams, providing feedback to improve our tools efficiency and usability. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics or related discipline · 4+ years of industry experience with quantitative analysis · Knowledge of product compliance processes and the interplay with global supply chains. · Demonstrated ability to frame complex analytical problems and extract insights that led to tangible business results. · Familiarity with supply chain management concepts – procurement, forecasting, planning and logistics · Knowledge of product compliance processes and the interplay with global supply chains. · Collaboration, influencing, negotiation, determination and resiliency
