The Customer Trust and Partner Support team is looking for a Research Program Manager to join an exciting new program that was launched to track and improve the degree of confidence customers have when shopping on Amazon, as measured by quantitative and qualitative research studies. As the Research Program Manager, you will support the expansion of this new program by managing the execution of quantitative and qualitative research studies, delivering insights and areas of opportunities, and strategizing the program roadmap. Responsibilities · Design quantitative and qualitative research to answer key business questions and drive strategy development · Own the execution of global surveys to Amazon customers and Non-Amazon online shoppers o Questionnaire design o Sample selection to reach target quotas o Survey programming and testing o Response tracking o Data processing · Conduct deep dives and analyses to identify opportunities and gaps · Manage/prioritize research requests from business

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Research, Economics, or a related field of study required · 3+ years of quantitative/qualitative market research experience, including survey design and execution · 3+ years of experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements · Strong oral and written communication skills · Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes at scale · Strategic
