Amazon Advertising is seeking a talented, results oriented Recruiting Manager to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be part of a rapidly growing, elite recruiting team that supports the Amazon Advertising organization within the Business Development Advertising and Entertainment organization. In this position, you will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high performing team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a competitive market. You will partner with internal clients and collaborate with recruiting leadership to build a candidate-centric Amazon recruiting experience. Success in this role requires the ability to define strategy, partner with internal clients, an aptitude for developing insights-driven process improvement, defining customer-centric goals and a passion for developing and leading people. You will be challenged to push boundaries, propose and execute new ideas and establish best practices. Core Responsibilities: · Drive sourcing
· Bachelor's Degree · 7+ years minimum of recruitment/HR experience · 2+ years experience managing a recruiting team · Experience working with essential tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools, along with coaching a recruiting team to deliver results across all channels. · Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.· Prior management experience leading a recruiting team. · Proven written and verbal communication, as well as influencing skills. · Build strong working relationships with leaders
