The role will be based in the US and will help manage a team of dedicated Executive Recruiters focused on the GTM Americas businesses. The successful candidate will join a strong team of Executive Talent Acquisition leaders driving innovation in executive hiring, succession planning and the ongoing transformation of Microsoft. We are looking for a strong manager who can lead with a focus on business strategy and talent strategy and ensure that talent acquisition philosophies, priorities, and processes are optimized to deliver the highest value and impact to the business, effectively and efficiently. This is a challenging but stimulating role for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who enjoys working closely with the business leadership and their HR partners to drive the talent acquisition agenda. The role also partners closely with Industry Recruiting and the talent management community, and partners closely with HR and business leaders in each group we support. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be primarily focused on sales and marketing teams in our GTM remit, and will be responsible for the following core accountabilities: Business and client interactions with client groups, and
Requirements: BA/BS degree in business, human resources or a related discipline or equivalent experience; Ideally a minimum of 10 years of related business experience and ideally at least 5 years of recruiting experience; preference for managerial/leadership role. Demonstrated exceptional people management capabilities, plus a history of leaving an organization stronger than it was before. A good knowledge of the executive level recruiting and the technology industry, ideally the candidate will have a deep understanding of the GTM businesses (GSMO, WCB, MCB) and understand how these groups are
