The Consumer Recruiting Coordinator Lead (RC Lead) will work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The RC Lead is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordination. The Lead will work closely with Recruiting Coordinators, Recruiting Managers, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to ensure success and progression within recruiting. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
