The Business Development design team(s) is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator who will work closely with a team of recruiters supporting the businesses hiring needs in our Seattle and Southern California offices. This role supports hiring for Prime Video, Amazon Studios and Amazon Ads. Our Recruiting Coordinator will serve as an integral member of the team, responsible for scheduling interviews, managing recruiting process, and building candidate relationships. The Recruiting Coordinator serves as the primary candidate advocate, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a seamless interview process. The successful candidate will be an organizational guru, motivated by creating streamlined recruiting processes to constantly improve efficiency. You will be expected to leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to partner effectively with internal clients and candidates. · 2+ years of professional experience in recruiting coordination, project management or broader support of a team through calendar management, coordination of events and internal communication · Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business related field, or equivalent experience · Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Experience with scheduling in Outlook or a similar tool · Experience in external customer facing role · Demonstrated organizational skills with experiencing examining various data sets and exposing gaps or trends · Strong verbal and written communication skills Amazon
