Key Opportunities for this Role: Lead recruiting efforts respective to your aligned business group within Engineering and Operations (E and O) Drive Talent Management: Cultivate different sources of talent and maintain an outbound and active presence in the development of a pipeline. Identify unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates. Develop leading-edge methods to attract strategic and diverse talent. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management. Interact with our internal talent sourcing organization
Minimum of 1.5 years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting (emphasis on recruiting engineering candidates preferred). Must have experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. Recognized as a highly consultative, top producing recruiter, seen as an innovator, and proactive with process improvements and bottom line results. P eople management experience is a plus.
