The AWS Global Real Estate Team is looking for a talented, experienced Portfolio Manager based in our Seattle corporate office campus. In this role, you will be a key member of the Real Estate Team and will be responsible for coordinating and managing data center real estate approval processes and metrics; end-to-end ownership of financial requirements for real estate acquisitions; coordinate legal documentation requests from property owners and additional property portfolio management duties. The ideal candidate needs to be detailed oriented
· 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Real estate, finance, financial planning, asset management or accounting · Experience utilizing commercial real estate software platforms · BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting or related equivalent degree · 5 – 7 years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, financial planning, asset management or accounting · Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a complex, ambiguous and fast-paced environment · Experience using lease administration platforms · Experience
