We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Inspector who combines technical skills with a passion for ensuring Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) parts, assemblies and aircraft meet designed specifications. The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for developing and execute all aspects of quality assurance inspections, quality metrics, audits, and improvement projects. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting quality inspection programs for high volume, high complexity products in the aerospace, aviation, automotive or high tech industries
· High School degree · 2 years of quality assurance work experience in automotive, high tech, aerospace or aviation manufacturing environment building or repairing multi-disciplinary hardware products · 2 years’ experience with manufacturing inspection processes of electronics, wiring harnesses, aviation machined parts and/or composites · 2 years’ experience using height gauges, micrometers, calipers, go/no gauges etc. · Excellent people skills · Proficiency with M/S outlook, word, excel · ASQ certified quality associate, inspector or auditor · CMM or Romer Hexagon Arm proficiency · A and P license,
