Microsoft Capacity Supply Chain and Provisioning (CSCP) is the team behind Microsoft's expanding Cloud Infrastructure and responsible for powering Microsoft's "Intelligent Cloud" mission. CSCP delivers the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform. As Microsoft's cloud business continues to grow the ability to deploy new offerings and HW infrastructure on time, in high volume with high quality and lowest cost is of paramount importance. To achieve this goal CSCP is looking for dynamic, highly motivated Quality Engineer to lead complex new product introductions (NPI) through an Infrastructure Life Cycle Management Process that focuses on getting engineering teams, operations teams and supply chain partners to effectively plan, produce, and ramp to volume production. Roles and Responsibilities: • Ownership of Supplier Quality requirements, Product Specific Quality and Test Plans • Implement quality metrics to drive end-to-end continuous improvement, provide continuous feedback and report documentation on failure analysis and CAPAs • Responsible for managing the failure analysis and correct actions for all the memory modules • Ensure that memory suppliers have developed and executed manufacturing quality/test control plan to insure compliance of product established specifications • Review all new product introductions FAI to determine supplier's capability to
