- 2-year technical degree in an Electrical Technology field or equivalent (AAS). - Experience in prototype fabrication, troubleshooting test systems, data analysis and reporting. - Experience with electrical (OrCAD/Cadence Allegro), 3D modeling packages (SolidWorks) and/or 3D printers. - Ability to follow directions, work independently, and follow-through on tasks to completion with little direction - Self-motivated to learn new technologies- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or 4-year degree/certificate in an Electrical Technology field or equivalent - A maker attitude
