We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources team as a Project Manager (PM) supporting the Employee Relations (ER) team within the AWS, Games, and Grand Challenge organizations. The central objective of the ER team is to ensure fair and respectful treatment of employees that is consistent with our core business values and objectives. The ideal candidate for this position has strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work successfully on a broad spectrum of issues and projects in ER. The position supports the global organization. This role will help identify and develop delivery plans for business-critical projects and support various initiatives within AWS from policies to employee communications
· At least 4 years combined human resources, project management, administrative, and employee relations work, plus: · Project management experience · Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite systems including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. · Experience in Engineering/Technical environments · Proficiency in presenting to and preparing documentations for various levels of senior management throughout an organization · Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles
