· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, engineering, operations, operations analysis, etc.) · 2+ years of experience in managing cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders · Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Intermediate to advance experience with MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently· Prior experience or use of Lean, Six Sigma or PMP · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
