Amazon's Textbook Rentals team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a passion for innovating on behalf of student customers. In this role you will manage aspects of the inbound and outbound supply chain and sourcing critical to the ongoing success and long-term scaling of the Rentals business. You will identify and drive projects with substantial financial impact, and have ownership of multiple critical operational programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver results and create solutions that are scrappy where necessary and elegantly integrated with central systems where possible. The right candidate for this role is a strong owner, with a bias for action, the ability to dive deep, think big, and insist on the highest standards. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. · 4+ years of relevant work experience in Program management, process improvement and/or operations in an operations environment. · 3+ years experience utilizing data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, solve business problems, and drive process improvements.
