· 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, or project management · 5+ years of experience with data analysis, either in professional experience or the equivalent in education · 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office and Excel including advanced features such as v-lookups, pivot tables · Experience with business reporting, business requirements analysis, and process improvement · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, legal, business or related field · Relevant experience in Social Compliance preferably in the electronics industry · MBA or related Master’s Degree · Excellent
