The Social Responsibility (SR) program drives customer trust and business continuity by ensuring respect for the rights of workers throughout Amazon’s supply chain and operations. We uphold company standards and expectations (such as Amazon's Supply Chain Standards), and seek to constantly improve the tools and processes that we use in doing so. We are looking for a Social Responsibility Program Manager to design and develop supplier improvement programs that scale across Amazon's diverse and growing supplier base. The program manager will be responsible for program design, development, and initial roll-out across high-risk sourcing regions, partnering closely with SR's regional teams to adapt and implement programs in-country. The program manager will be expected to handle day-to-day issues (constantly thinking about how to invent and simplify to improve), but will also be expected to strategize on longer-term, program-wide initiatives. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; · 5+ years of experience working in environment, health, and/or safety initiatives in global organizations; · Strong attention to detail; · Proven written and verbal communication skills; · Ability to analyze and propose data-driven solutions; · Proven knowledge of business reporting; · Ability to prioritize effectively to manage multiple, changing priorities; · Proficiency in Excel. · Background in supply chain improvement programs; · Experience with workflow management systems; · Knowledge of industrial engineering; · Knowledge of SQL or Tableau; · Ability to
