The Team: The Marketplace or “Selling on Amazon” business exceeds 50% of the total sales and is growing. Each year, tens of thousands of businesses join the Marketplace adding millions of new products. The Category Development team’s vision is to recruit and develop all brands in the world for our Customers and provide excellent Customer Experience. We drive insights, work with partner teams to build/scale category specific products and programs for Consumables, Hardlines and Softlines. The Role: As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for increasing productivity for Sales and Account Management teams, while providing insights from Seller feedback to improve internal processes. In this role, you will do the deep dive effort to understand drivers of Seller friction and related business impact. Basic qualifications - 5+ Years of project / program management or similar role - Demonstrated ability of working in complex cross cultural environments to drive business process change. - Track record of delivering programmatic goals and managing complex projects. - Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives - Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results from inception to completion. - Excellent planning and execution skills. Meticulous and methodical, detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to dive deep and ask the right questions
