We are seeking a Sales Systems and Data Program Manager who will report to the head of Sales Systems and Data within the WWPS Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement organization. The SSD Program Manager will help establish a systems architecture and corresponding standards for Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) that promotes simplicity while offering world-class capabilities that scale with business growth. AWS’ rapid rate of growth necessitates the maturation of enabling tools and data that will scale
· BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience · 7+ years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, and/or information technology roles · 5+ years of experience in CRM strategy and/or CRM implementation leader roles· MBA or other relevant advanced degree · Experience working within a management consulting organization with focus on business strategy or customer/CRM strategy · Experience working within a high-growth, global technology company · Experience with Salesforce.com · Project Management certifications · Experience with content/knowledge management platforms · Fluency in sales process
