The Program Manager, Retail Abuse role is responsible for reduce abuse from retail vendors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making data driven decisions and recommending strategies that achieve measurable results for continuous improvement and change management
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Process Management, or a related field. · 5+ years’ experience of leading process improvement projects/initiatives in a large organization for results. · 2-3 years using SQL and analytics skills. · Excellent cross group collaboration skills. · Strong research and problem-solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives.· Master’s degree in Business, Process Management, or a related field. · PMP Certified. · Black Belt or other Process Improvement Certification
