With the launch of Prime Video Direct, a self-publishing service, we have made it easier than ever for studios, distributors, filmmakers and other content creators to distribute their content to Prime Video customers worldwide. The Prime Video Direct team is looking for a Program Manager responsible for managing the PVD royalty model, influencing business strategy, and driving analytical insights that lead to business growth. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, operations, and executive teams to achieve high-level business goals, scale the existing business model, and enhance the experience for video providers around the world. A successful candidate will be able to articulate insights and drive new initiatives, work cross-functionally across key stakeholders,
· Bachelor’s degree · 3-6 years program/financial management experience in a digital business, marketplace, media, or related industry · A proven track record of owning a program or initiative and delivering results · Demonstrated customer obsession and the ability to work from the customer backwards · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Must be able and willing to think and act both strategically and tactically. · Demonstrated ability for being detail-oriented, self-motivated and driving follow-through · Strong business acumen and judgement · Ability to deliver key insights based
