· 3+ years of relevant work experience in project / program management in a fast-moving environment · Experience developing and delivering on project milestones · Strong analytical, mediation, and influence without authority and problem resolution skills. · Ability to effectively manage consumer expectations and balance these expectations against company needs · Proven expertise and ability to develop processes and procedures which will enhance the overall efficiency with a strong bias towards automation. · Experience communicating with stakeholders across multiple business units and senior management
