With the growth and expansion of the Prime Now business, specifically in the grocery delivery/pickup space, we are seeking an exceptionally talented Program Manager to join the team to support the continued expansion and ongoing success of Prime Now. In this role, you will be responsible for demand planning and performance analysis, working with cross functional teams across business, operations, marketing, finance, and external partners. You will also have the opportunity to drive new processes and implement scalable solutions/tools that will improve accuracy and efficiency, and grow with our business. This is a highly visible role with direct, ongoing impact to the P and L and Prime Now customer experience. The ideal candidate brings a blend of Program and Product Management interest and skillsets. He/she is comfortable driving complex analysis at the heart of the Prime Now business, executing directly and at times working with BI/BA/econometric resources to execute. He/she can manage
· Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics or related field preferred. · 3-5 years of direct experience in quantitative research or analyses. · 3-5 years in program/project management. · Advanced Excel skills. · Experience utilizing SQL and comfort sourcing/validating data within Amazon systems/architecture. · Exceptional attention to detail. · Ability to structure data analysis to support business objectives. · Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment. · Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced,
