We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join as a Program Manager in our North America Logistics team. Overview of a Program Manager, Planning The Planning Program Manager works across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with the Delivery Stations, Fulfillment Centers, Technology teams, and the Retail organizations to determine future demand, and translates this forecast information into accurate capacity plans and makes system adjustments to manage to the plan. S/he also maintains and reports up to date and accurate statistics, management reports and analysis. S/he also facilitates the flow of information
· Bachelor's degree: Transportation, network design, e-commerce, supply-chain, business analytic fields · 3+ years supply chain, logistics management, e-commerce and/or project management experience · Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data · Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL · Excellent communication, both verbal and written · Strong inter-personal and relationship-building skills. · Experience working with IT professionals · Experience working with improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma· 5-10 years professional experience
