Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for the Prime Now Whole Foods Market (3P) network. Your primary area of focus will be launch execution and scalability for new Whole Foods Market stores and product offerings. A candidate with prior field operations experience is an ideal fit. This role will require you to understand the needs of field operators in order to successfully implement launches for long term success. You will act as the primary liaison between all Ops stakeholders (Field Ops, Delivery, SCAR, Central Operations, Flex, Work Force Staffing, HR, etc.) and the business team. Consequently, as you will be the single voice for the operations team, clear and concise communication skills are imperative. You will also be expected to interact internally with senior-level audiences to provide updates
· BA or BS from an accredited university · 2+ years in product, program, or project management · 2+ years of experience with root cause analysis and process design · Data-driven decision making or quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel and SQL) · Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences · Experience working with cross functional teams · Ability to deal with ambiguity· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · Experience working in Amazon’s fulfillment network · 3+ years of supply chain and/or retail industry experience · 3+
