The new Edge Enterprise team is looking for amazing PMs to be part our drive to engage and delight Enterprise customers. Microsoft Edge is entering a period of rare opportunity. The browser space is ripe for innovation, particularly in the Enterprise and has renewed emphasis and support from Microsoft leadership. We are looking for team members to help us shape the future of the web and build a browser that addresses the unique needs of Enterprise customers facing the latest challenges of the Internet. Edge is already the most frequently used Microsoft application on Windows 10 but we have a long way to go to achieve our aspirations. As a Program Manager on the Enterprise team, your responsibilities include: • Product Leadership Work with the Enterprise leadership team to help define and communicate a clear product plan for how to ensure that Edge delights our Enterprise admins and end-users. • Customer engagement Engage directly with Enterprise customers and ISVs to ensure that we have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and environments, and ensure we have a tight and effective feedback loop with our engineering teams. • Product definition and execution Design and deliver innovative and effective features to protect
The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Planning and Execution: Ability to think creatively and strategically. Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage complex technical products, and/or engagement programs. • Communication: Able to conduct insightful, multi-faceted conversations with business, product and/or technical decision makers inside and outside Microsoft. Conceptualize complex ideas quickly and convey those thoughts to others in a clear, effective and motivating manner. • Collaboration: Experienced collaborator able to work effectively across broad teams and influence stakeholders
