Microsoft Cloud + AI (C+AI) Security is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Program Manager for our Azure Key Vault offering. Microsoft Azure Key Vault is a fundamental building block for services and customer applications where sensitive data must be kept secure. As a critical part of Azure, Key Vault goes wherever Azure goes. As a platform, Key Vault gives customers the means to easily and quickly protect data in the cloud and integrate with their apps and services. Backed by hardware-based cryptography, we offer safe, secure and customer-controlled access to their data. Our team mission is to optimize and protect the software and systems behind our internal and customer offerings keeping an ever-watchful eye on their ability to meet our customer promises. The Site Reliability Engineering team handles bulletproofing, reinforcing, ruggedizing and generally improving the quality of service and innovation-throughput of the services under our purview.

Manage a portfolio of services and partner with teams of engineers to design and deliver software to improve the reliability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of your services. Plan and drive execution across the portfolio to improve on-time delivery, reduce lead/lag times and overall, identify and drive down manual (non-engineering) efforts within the teams. Manage the Livesite process, improve MTTx and create clear customer-driven service KPIs to track forward progress. Required Qualifications: At least 3 years as a Technical Program Manager BS Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or Mathematics or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: A passion for building and taking part in highly effective teams and development processes Capable of technical deep-dives into Distributed systems, DevOps, Operations, Networking, Storage, and Azure.
