Amazon Transportation Services is looking for a Intermodal Program Manager with a strong delivery record and leadership experience to own and execute performance in both rail and port operations. This position will play a key role in developing both our intermediary and direct-to-rail intermodal programs. This Position Requires: · Managing carrier performance to Amazon’s expectations, while raising the bar in order to accelerate transits, mitigate exceptions and provide continuously improving service. · Working with business teams across the company and direct rail partners including chassis operators, dray exchanges, and railroads to execute the direct rail business. · Reporting and presentation of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual service performance on all drayage operations and providers throughout Amazon’s network. · Evaluate/Implement key work processes in order to improve service reliability. · Evaluate, authorize, and track service recovery via dray operators, chassis providers and

· Bachelors or advanced degree in Business, Logistics, or related education. · 3+ years of experience as a project/program manager in a retail environment. · 5+ years of experience delivering transportation performance and service to customers. · Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including experience to effectively communicate with various business teams.· MBA, MS or MA in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering · 7+ years of strong quantitative and qualitative experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering or Business experience. · Ability
