· Degree in food science, business management or related field · 5+ years of experience working in food manufacturing or retail environment in process improvement, project management or operations · 2+ years of experience as a project/program manager (time may have been earned concurrent with the above 5+ years of experience) · Demonstrated experience creating sustainable processes with mechanisms used to ensure compliance with process · Knowledge of food safety laws and regulations and communicating requirements to non-food safety associates · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Exceptional
