Microsoft C apacity Supply Chain and Provisioning (CSCP) is the engine that powers Microsoft's cloud services. The team is responsible for designing, building and operating our unified global datacenters; managing the demand planning and capacity utilization of our unified infrastructure; and responsible for all of the operations needed to run the physical infrastructure ﴾including supply chain, hardware, power, security, and workflow teams﴿. We focus on smart growth with an emphasis on automation, data driven engineering, cost‐effectiveness and environmental sustainability. We deliver the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's over 200 online businesses including Bing, MSN, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive and the Microsoft Azure platform. Our infrastructure is comprised of a large global portfolio of more than 100 datacenters and 1 million servers. Our portfolio is built and managed by a team of subject matter experts working 24x7x365 to support services

Drive best-in-class process systems solutions, to deliver and standardize E2E Life Cycle across CSCP Lead continuous improvement of business process and systems implementations, manage project governance, including portfolio planning and prioritization Be the lead on the business side responsible for interfacing with engineering development teams Aggregate requirements across CSCP teams and document the business requirements to build and evolve the E2E Life Cycle Translate business requirements into a strategy for systems solutions Work with engineering groups to define capabilities, schedules
3+ years experience leading technology and best practices with End to End lifecycle applications and business intelligence Experience working with engineering teams Proven capabilities to drive positive business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with ability to create and deliver executive friendly communications on complex solutions Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups spanning all organizational levels Ability to transform complicated data sets into clear stories that are relevant to the business
