Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for Program Managers eager to join the growing corporate team that supports GSF Central Operations. These individuals will primarily focus on developing GSF Central Operations portfolio of managed activities in partnership with Prime Now Retail, Whole Foods Market, Fresh, Treasure Truck and AMXL. These roles will require strong analytical ability, problem solving and unrelenting customer service in support of GSF Central Operations. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentations skills are essential. Responsibilities include: · Delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations · Gather and analyzing data, including developing effective visualization methods · Innovating to improve processes and continuously removing cost while facilitating quality · Creating, managing and communicating their projects’ roadmap A successful candidate will also demonstrate: · High attention to detail · Ability to think
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field (business, engineering, operations, operations analysis, etc.) · 2+ years of experience in managing cross-functional programs, including external and internal stakeholders · Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment · Intermediate to advance experience with MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint · Ability to travel up to 25% · Prior experience or use of Lean, Six Sigma or PMP · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently
