Amazon Go is looking for an exceptionally motivated, talented, and customer-obsessed Program Manager/Category Manager to help shape the future of the Retail industry. The role offers the unique opportunity to drive large scale, high visibility projects across Amazon teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and influence employees at all levels of the organization. The role will scale as the business expands. The role will have several key responsibilities within Amazon Go Grocery, including: • Category strategy and ownership: developing / executing a highly productive category strategy as well as managing category financials through pricing,
· Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field · 4-6 years of relevant work experience · Experience with Excel and Access, or similar database · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguous problems. · Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail· Experience in retail/operations/consumer products industries · Ability to manage multiple competing priorities · Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with numbers
