The Amazon Gift Card business is a rapidly growing, multi-billion dollar global business which significantly contributes to Amazon’s profitability. The Consumer Gift Cards team is responsible for creating and enhancing multiple products sold globally through the Amazon website. Our product line includes electronic gift cards, physical gift cards, branded gift cards (e.g. Starbucks and Whole Foods) and Stored Value products which help customers manage and add funds to their existing Amazon Gift Card balance. We are looking for a Program Manager to support the Gift Card team’s international expansion roadmap and other global initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for design and rollout for the expansion program, including gathering requirements, defining and implementing best practices, and contributing to the team’s goals. The Program Manager will serve as an owner, working with stakeholders across Amazon to influence, persuade, and drive forward key 2019 initiatives. An ideal
· Bachelor's degree. · 3-5 years (or 2+ years at Amazon) of experience to demonstrate strong knowledge of program and project management. · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently. · Proven ability to take ownership, self-motivate, and set deadlines to deliver results in highly ambiguous environments with minimal guidance. · Ability to think and innovate at scale, and prioritize, including making trade-offs between short versus long-term goals. · Master's degree
